Sheridan Health Dashboard — Privacy Policy
Effective date: 09 August 2026
1. Overview
Sheridan Health Dashboard is a private, personal health-data integration operated by Sheridan Hammond. It connects Sheridan Hammond’s own WHOOP account to his personal health dashboard. It is not offered as a public service and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
2. Information accessed
With the user’s explicit authorization, the application may access:
- Basic profile information, including name and email
- Recovery data, including recovery score, heart-rate variability and resting heart rate
- Physiological cycles and strain
- Sleep records, stages, need, performance, consistency and efficiency
- Workout records, strain, heart-rate information and activity details
- Body measurements made available by WHOOP
- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the authorized connection
3. How information is used
Information is used solely to populate Sheridan Hammond’s private health dashboard, produce personal trend summaries and data-quality checks, support personal review of sleep, recovery, activity and body-composition trends, and prevent duplicate counting when WHOOP overlaps with Apple Health or other sources.
The application does not sell personal information, use it for advertising, create commercial user profiles, or disclose it to data brokers.
4. Storage and service providers
Dashboard information may be stored in access-controlled local systems and in Sheridan Hammond’s own Google Drive and Google Sheets account. OAuth credentials are stored in restricted local credential files and are not intentionally written into dashboard cells, reports or chat messages. WHOOP continues to process WHOOP account information under WHOOP’s own privacy terms.
5. Sharing
Information is not shared with third parties except with service providers required to operate the private dashboard, with healthcare professionals when Sheridan Hammond deliberately provides a report, or where disclosure is required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
Information is retained while the integration remains active or while needed for the user’s personal longitudinal health record. The user may revoke WHOOP access through WHOOP account or integration settings and may request deletion of locally stored WHOOP tokens and imported dashboard data using the contact details below.
7. Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, including restricted credential files, minimum necessary OAuth permissions, source attribution and access-controlled storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. User choices
The user may decline or revoke authorization, restrict granted scopes, request access to or deletion of imported WHOOP data, and disconnect the integration without affecting the underlying WHOOP account.
9. Health-information limitation
The dashboard supports personal trend review and coordination. It is not a medical device and does not replace qualified clinical advice. Automated data does not authorize changes to medication, hormones, peptides, rehabilitation or treatment.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the dashboard’s data practices or integrations change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
